Secure Loan
A secured loan is a loan secured on your property, and is sometimes called a 2nd charge. With help of Silver Finance you can borrow any amount from £1,000 to £500,000 and can take the secured loan over 3 to 25 years. We can assist if you have mortgage arrears, County Court Judgements or no proof of income (employed or self employed), also if you have no equity in your property by lending up to 125% of your property value. The rate on secured loans tends to be lower than on unsecured loans. On average a secured loan application usually takes 10-14 days to complete from receipt of completed application form.

Unsecured Loan
Unsecured loans are available up to £15,000 and can be taken over 3 to 10 years. All applications are handled quickly and take only 3 - 4 days to complete.
